How to implement automatic deletion of mail in a lead?
Good afternoon
in those
Bitra 's support frankly "leaked" me, so MB here, who will tell
? There is a box like [email protected] , from which letters with leads come. When Bitra generates a lead based on a letter, it automatically backs up this box to each lead, supposedly this is the client's mail. In view of this, if you do not delete mail from the lead and transfer it to the employee for work, then subsequent leads will fall to him in this lead, also in the form of letters.
It would seem that the decision is banal - either register a business process to clear mail / or disable pulling up automatic pulling of mail into a lead. However, pull-up cannot be disabled within the framework of the bitra, and they do not advise on business processes.
I tried to implement it in the BP through "document change", but with an empty field, the BP just goes through and does not change the mail. Thus, I cleaned the comments in the leads before that - everything was ok. But the mail refuses to clean completely

You can quite set up through the robots in the leads.
I didn’t test it myself, but most likely if you make a trigger for the very first stage in the leads, then the document field will change.
If you do not change, then when you move only to the next stage.
