Good day. For some reason, the user does not change the responsible person in the lead, or rather, the lead is not edited at all. At the same time, other leads can be edited. Can someone tell me where these leads are located in the admin panel, maybe there is a security tab there? I don't know how to change permissions for a specific lead

The user may not have permission to edit the lead.
You need to check who is responsible for the lead, who is trying to change and check the roles and rights in the CRM settings. Perhaps the current responsible is from another department, and the user can only change his own.

The CRM module does not have a representation in the administrative panel, only in the public part.
