How to differentiate the rights of Bitrix telephony?
2 competing sales departments (OS), 2 different funnels, each of them does not see the deals of another department, we work in the Deal + Contact mode (so that the applications of different OPs are not confused in Leads).
There is an intersection between these OPs by clients (2 OPs communicate with one client).
Task: to make sure that 2 competing OPs do not see the recording of calls and emails of another department when crossing a client.
Is it possible to implement it somehow?

The system does not allow such distinctions and rather focuses on one complex sales department.
In the case of a boxed version, it is possible to change individual platform subsystems (affects updates).
In the case of the cloud version, I can only recommend leaving a request for such an opportunity to technical support (maybe someday they will).
