How to set up a personal cloud caller ID on Android?
Objective: to organize for the field manager AON for the customer base from CRM in an Android-based smartphone.
When a manager receives an incoming call, it is important to see information from the client card on the screen. It will help the manager competently answer the call.
Possible solutions:
1. Use Android voip client and display information via PBX and CRM API
Problem:
If you use universal voip clients like zoiper, the display shows truncated text. This appears to be a problem with the underlying Android calling API. Proof: https://community.zoiper.com/6301/caller-id-is-tru...
The problem is solved only in proprietary solutions from PBX, for example, in the mobile client of Mango Office. For objective reasons, the choice was made in favor of another PBX, but it does not have its own dialer.
2. Use a local contact database that will be synchronized with CRM. There is AON from 2gis, Kaspersky and Yandex, which use a local database of numbers and synchronize it with their server database.
Problem:
I did not find an Android software that allows you to set up a caller ID with a personal database. For example, the Bitrix24 application has access to contacts, but it cannot be set as Caller ID.
How to solve the problem?Modern it solutions allow even a grandmother selling seeds to use CRM. How about AON? Is the functionality I need so complex / unclaimed?
I would not like to contact Google Contacts or Google People.
