At the moment, by standard means of the component, the organizational structure is displayed from the topmost section of the infoblock. It is necessary to make it possible to issue a structure starting from a particular section of the infoblock. The intranet.structure.visual component does not seem to have such a setting. I tried to change the component, and prescribe in the SECTION_ID filter, but then the complete mess begins. I am attaching an illustration of how it should turn out.

You need to change the component.
Look towards parameter handling: $mode == 'subtree' and $_REQUEST['mr']
