Bitrix24 message sending status via REST?

Hello. I send a letter automatically through the creation of a case, I just can’t find how to make it so that the status of the letter is visible (sent, read), maybe someone knows what needs to be specified so that the letter is tracked?

The upper letter was sent by hand, the second programmatically.
