Two-way communication by analogy of a Company-Deal with its entities is not possible.
You can:
1) Create an add. a field in a deal with a company link, but this company will not be displayed anywhere.
2) Create a "Participation in projects" list with the fields
- Role (General Contractor, General Designer, etc.)
- Company ID (linked to a company with the "display in the card" option)
- Deal ID (linked to a deal with option "display in the card")
Additionally, you can, of course, create the main non-editable fields in the deal, and enter a business process in the list that would fill in the corresponding fields in the deal.
