Bitrix order composition, version 15.0?

Guys. Here is the composition of the order. Do I need to add my own tab here and specify my fields I need there?
Add additional fields through the "order properties", does not suit me. Because I need to make a request to another ifoblock in this tab. Very bad((

Valid order form modification methods have been around since version 16.0.33 .
Without a platform update, everything you do with the order card will be lost.
