How to connect the database to the restored 1C-Bitrix site?

I am restoring the site from a backup copy of 1 C-Bitrix via restore.php. The site itself is located on another hosting, I am restoring a copy to a new hosting. When restoring - all files are restored, but when I get to restoring the database, it gives an error

MySQL connect error!
Access denied for user 'ct18587_alumoart'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Tell me what I'm doing wrong. There is no access to the old host. I take the data for the DB from the site files .setting.php and dbconn.php (login password name). Data interrupted in similar files on the restored site does not help.

Create a new database and user on the new hosting, and enter them, not the old ones.
