Bitrix - how to import data from another domain?

Good day. I ask for advice, I am new to Bitrix.
There is a main site (say main.ru) and a site on a subdomain (sub.main.ru). Physically, these are two separate sites, each with its own license, its own database, components, etc.
The task is to display information from main.ru on one of the sub.main.ru pages (generated by a component based on bitrix:news). What options?
My thoughts:
iframe is too rough.
Copy the component and somehow connect it to the database of the main site? 0_o
Somehow to adjust synchronization of tables of a DB?
On the main site, display the results of the component's work on a separate page (without headers, footers, and other design), and make a "bridge" on the subdomain that will take information from it and display + accept ajax requests and redirect them to the main site? Smells like BDSM :(
