Bitrix does not take into account the discount in VAT?

When using discounts on the site in the final checkout, VAT is considered for the price without a discount, as a result of which the VAT amount on the invoice and in the visual part of the site is shown incorrectly - prntscr.com/itr3hq
Is it possible to change the amount used for VAT calculation somewhere?
