Dedicated to connoisseurs of 1C.?
Good afternoon, dear,
I myself am at odds with 1C, our programmer is puzzled by the question of how to create a warehouse with storage places, there is an idea that you need to implement a matrix, but we can’t even imagine how the matrix is implemented by the 1c language.
(1C trade and warehouse 7.7)
I would be very grateful.

I suspect that the matrix in the built-in 1C language, as in any other, is implemented using arrays.

What configuration is being added? It's just that if trade is managed, then storage places are already implemented there. To do this, the information register is used in the UT, in which the warehouse and the nomenclature serve as measurements, and the hierarchical reference book Storage Locations is the resource.
With this approach, users specify storage locations for a specific item, and then when printing invoices, this storage location goes to the printed form with its entire hierarchy. For example Warehouse1>rack3>Shelf4.
