Guys, I understand that the issue has already been raised more than once, but still, I did not find a solution.
How to make a search in Bitrix case-insensitive, so that "Product" and "Product" are the same?
It's not a question, I'll fix the module itself, but I just don't know where to start.

The usual search module should search anyway. And if we are talking about a LIKE query, then it is common practice to bring the required field in the query and the search string to the same case. Bitrix uses ToUpper.
