How to understand why unloading from 1C puts the server down?

Good afternoon.
There are 2 sites on the server. When unloading one of them, the directory on the server abruptly runs out of memory and the server hangs.
Bitrix version 20. What can be? the catalog is not large, only 7 sections, 100 products
