Not working Asset::getInstance()->addCss(SITE_TEMPLATE_PATH."/style/main.css"); and $APPLICATION->SetAdditionalCSS(SITE_TEMPLATE_PATH."/styl/main.css"?

If you write

<link rel="stylesheet" href="<?=SITE_TEMPLATE_PATH?>/style/main.css">

then everything is loaded. Otherwise, the site is standing and loading
