How to view a list of unconfirmed transactions for a specific user, as well as for all.
And also how to display the last 10-20 transactions, and not all in a crowd?
And how to cut where incoming, and where outgoing?

Is the user someone's address or one of your addresses? If someone's listreceivedbyaddress, if yours is listreceivedbyaccount .
To display the latest transactions, there is listtransactions (count parameter)
This will be visible in the json output.
