Bios settings are not saved when switching to a discrete video card, what should I do?

I want to check the performance of an old video card gigabyte gtx 470. When starting a PC with integrated graphics in an Intel processor, everything works fine. For discrete graphics to work in the BIOS, you need to enable CSM support. I start from the built-in, change the BIOS settings, save. Next, I connect the power to the video card, and connect it to the monitor. As a result, a black screen (with csm support disabled, this is exactly what happens to me). It is worth adding that on this map I already booted into Windows yesterday, then this problem did not exist and csm support was enabled. (The map is working). My task is to start the PC from the video card so that csm support is allowed in the BIOS. Now I don't know what to do, please give me some advice.
