BIOS sees the flash drive, but does not start it?

The computer starts the BOIS, performs a RAM test, the screen goes blank and the BIOS starts again I go out to
f12, set the following
settings : In the Hard disc boot priority subsection, I put my bootable USB flash drive in first place Tried to put the USB flash drive in different ports, removed the tablet on the mother Bootable USB flash drive was working Checked on another computer

Perhaps the bootloader on the flash drive is in MBR, and Legacy / CSM is disabled in UEFI. Or vice versa, EFI, and the BIOS is old.

Try going to the boot menu instead of BIOS settings. This is usually f10 or f11
PS:
USB-HDD is a hard drive connected via USB
USB-FDD is a diskette drive via USB
