Installed the .exe file and that's where it all started.
The computer started beeping.
At startup, an incomprehensible download was displayed:
I cleared the doctor with a web, but the download is still the same. The computer is beeping, but not as much.
Tell me what such a download means, and how to "finish" the cleaning

They just installed some kind of Mr. Customizer that changed your appearance. Delete it. You can try System Restore.
