BIOS does not see flash drives in the Hard Disk partition?

I made 2 bootable USB drives with XP and 10 (for testing), inserted them into USB ports, went into the BIOS and here is this:
In the Hard Disk section, a flash drive with Win XP, and in the Removable Disk only 10 ...
When loading 10, nothing does not happen, XP is installed normally
