Problem with Gygabite GA-A55-DS3P motherboard. Does not load from any device, what to do?

There is a GA-A55-DS3P motherboard with an Athlon II x64 631 processor. Previously, this processor was not in it, but there is no way to check it on another.

It starts normally, enters the BIOS, sees all connected devices both via SATE and USB, but upon further loading, a black screen and a blinking cursor at the top left. I tried to physically change ports, devices, and still a black screen with a cursor. I go further, I think to flash the BIOS for a newer version, probably a conflict between the processor and the BIOS. But the standard utility in the Q-Flash mother writes a Programming Error error when updating the BIOS. I tried different versions of firmware from the off site, for some reason I write this error for everyone. Of course, Clear Cmos also did.

The only thing I didn’t do was I didn’t restore the bios from the dual, and is there any point if there is an original firmware, which will probably also work incorrectly with the processor?

@Drno

If the BIOS works, then everything is normal in theory.
Pull out all devices except for which thread of the disk with ubuntu ... better with the 32x version
Can you load the x64 system and the percentage does not support it?)
