Bios does not enter after updating the video card, what should I do?

Doesn't go into BIOS after updating the video card and power supply to it. Motherboard - ga a320m-h. The video card was changed from rx 570 to vega 56, processor without integrated graphics. I did a BIOS reset, tried to enter without hard drives, it did not help. Either hangs on the logo, or a black screen. Windows loads fine. I have two monitors - one is connected via hdmi, the other via the display port, I also connected them separately, the same picture. Swapped the dies in places, inserted them separately, also nothing helped. I hope there is a way out of this situation, except for changing the motherboard.
