BGP Mikrotik how to send a specific network through a specific provider?

There are two providers, one gives full and default AS100, and the second only full. AS200
There is a network 45.14.226.0/24 that needs to be sent through the first AS100.

My autonomy AS400 1.1.1.1/24 help how to do this.
