Better login or email?

Hello! I have an Internet service with registration, registration and login do I have a username and password? I’m thinking that it’s better to have a login or email at the entrance, I just think, if there are a lot of registrations of 200 or more, that the login will be hard to pick up, of course I wouldn’t want to redo it, what do you think?

The best option is to use the user's e-mail. From a usability point of view, this is the most convenient.

Email. Registration form = one email (or phone) field. After entering, a secure password is sent there, which you yourself generate.
