Best screenshot for kubuntu?

I installed kubuntu for myself, but the regular screenshoter is, to put it mildly, so-so after Windows and its screenpic , I'm looking for functionality:

• create a screenshot of the screen selection using a hot key (it is desirable to be able to assign hot keys)
  
• immediately save the picture to the folder I need, which you need to set 1 time
  
• immediately copy the picture to the clipboard
  
• and optionally immediately upload to some server and copy the link to the clipboard
  

Do Linux users always suffer from a lack of software, or am I looking badly?
for those who will say that regular shift + print screen masthead - you are perverts))
