In theory - any RSS reader.

Hosted Tiny Tiny RSS
Pros:
+ small
+ fast
+ convenient (I used Google Reader, then Feedly)
+ cross-platform (I use a browser on my computer and Android client)
+ I am my own owner and will share with friends
+ SSL support
Cons:
- not yet I found a way to send a link to RSS from the browser, I have to use pens

I have a lot of IT sites in my subscriptions, so I can upload the subscription immediately to your account.
