One or different Google accounts for Google Play and AdMob?

Created and paid for a Google Play developer account on one Google account. Please advise whether AdMob (AdSense and AdWords) should be registered on the same Google account, or is it better to create a separate one for this?
Are there any pitfalls of using the same account or is it better to do everything on different ones?

If you use developer tools, then use them all in one account.
I linked AdMob Google play and Google Analytics.

And what do you think, this general account is for everything and everyone - do I need to sign with a real name or can I indicate something like "Vasya Pupkin Mobile Development"? Can it affect bans etc.? (I start as an individual entrepreneur with an unregistered name of the future brand / company).
Why am I asking all this - I can not find a clear, clear instruction or recommendations for the correct organization of mobile development company accounts. Can someone post a link to articles or tips on this whole topic (if there are such materials at all)?

When AdMob recently switched to a new track, began to pay through AdSense, it became necessary to link an AdMob account to an existing AdSense account or create a new one.
