Belarusian SIP Wanted :)?

Maybe someone knows if there is a local SIP provider in Belarus, so that you can make free or cheap calls within Belarus? :) And then something for all Provos, this direction costs money, compared to Europe. :)

Calls to Ukraine are also relatively expensive.

UPD:
telbo.com - mobile (0.126€, 0.184$, 5.097 rubles)
voipgain.com - city (0.138€, 0.202$, 5.587 rubles)
the cheapest I found. :)

telbo can be paid directly via WMZ, or to the edge through a local reseller via QIWI, for example.
Well, or if you have a credit card, you can directly from the credit card.
The minimum deposit is $10. Should be enough for 54 minutes of conversation.
In general, a solution has been found. I'm starting to use VoIP. I’ll throw in 20 bucks, that I won’t crack, let them lie, sometimes you need to dial in the US, in UA or in Russia.

There is a cool site, they sell numbers of almost all cities in the world. They work on the basis of redirection and not only on sip almostfreecalls.net/?rid=53105f80bad05
Also, they have mobile applications for iOS and Android. You can find here

There are Belarusian numbers in the Life operator code
