Beeps in MacBook?

Good afternoon, Habrahabr. In general, I sit and put ReactOS on a virtual machine (Qemu). Suddenly, at 99% of the formatting of the disk, the sound first turns off, then the computer freezes cleanly and emits 3 or 4 signals (Signals are "iron", it seems). In Google, I found out that this is either a memory failure or the processor is not suitable for work. Rather the first option than the second. After a reboot everything worked fine. So what was it?
