interested in a couple of questions.

I'm studying web design and design in general, I noticed that it's hard to look for ideas for layouts, to design a template beautifully.
I watch lessons on YouTube, where bloggers make layouts so easily, beautifully.
I really want to learn how to make cool layouts.
Advise something please.

At the moment I open behance, google and look for ideas there, I try a lot, sometimes I like my templates, I also focus on intuition, if I don’t like the layout as a whole, then I redo it.

So do it. First, peep and recruit a base of tricks. Then ideas will start to appear in my head. No need to reinvent the wheel - you need to take what works.
We all lead each other forward. Look at sites from 15 years ago. You will not find anything similar to modern projects. Because everyone imitates each other, everyone takes these or those fresh tricks and everyone brings a drop of their own. That's how we move. Yes, someone can generate fresh stuff more often than others, but in general, the industry and the people in it are very intertwined.
And yes - the web has long been not about beauty, but about content, about convenience, about habitual patterns and, of course, about money. This is the true beauty of design - in a working product. It was 10 years ago that clients wouldn't accept a project if it didn't have an eye-catching half-screen illustration. Because it's not creative.
In general, it is not necessary to think by this criterion.
