BCC and CC records when sending mail, what's wrong?

The next problem:
mail is sent, but CC and BCC records do not work (that is, I can’t send one letter to 2-3 people)
in the mail function it only sends to the mail specified as a parameter, the header is ignored.
What is installed?
VDS: centos + bitrixenv - standard mail settings.
MX - records in Yandex (mail for the domain)
Tell me which way to dig? Maybe something in Linux is not finished so that it works with the hedor of the letter?
