Docker container Postfix Devecot?

I want to raise the postfix devecot mail server on Docker (to make it easy to transfer) , how normal is this?

IMHO:
Only postfix and dovecot is not a "mail server" yet.
We also need spamassassin, sieve, clamav, rules for fail2ban, a subdomain for mta-sts, etc. etc.
Rather, it’s more correct to raise the virtual machine to configure everything and everything there and send the image to backup than to indulge in the docker.
