Bank card for secure payments. Which one to start?
I want to get a bank card for secure payments via the Internet. I plan to replenish her account with exactly the right amount of money before making the operation. That is, after the operation, there will be no funds on the card, they will be only shortly before the payment is made.
Quite a long time ago I already created a similar question . Since then, a lot of water has flowed under the bridge. And recently I came across this option .
If I understand correctly, then this is exactly what I need:
1. I can transfer the amount of money needed for the operation there (in cash or from another card, for example, Sberbank or a card from another bank);
2. The issuance and maintenance of the card does not involve any costs for me.
I would like to hear the opinion of the owners of such cards: did I understand the situation correctly and how easy is it to work with such a card? Maybe there are some pitfalls?
PS blackcougar suggested his use of the map as an answer to a slightly different question . Here is part of a quote from his answer regarding my question:
3) Get a separate card for online payments. You can put limits on it, or you can (I, for example, do this) keep it locked all the time, unlocking it only when making a payment. And then again "to the block." This “fun” costs 59 rubles per month (Alfa-Chek SMS bank), but you connect it to one card, and you can quickly block / unblock all available ones.

At one time I chose a debit mastercard from a savings account, brought it to the stick and no problems for 3-4 years already.
Yes, you have to pay for the annual service, but this is a full-fledged card that can be used everywhere.
Depends on how you will replenish the card.
1) Qiwi: it is convenient to replenish cash from terminals.
2) Sberbank: many ATMs everywhere, free transfers between Sberbank cards within the region.
3) Svyaznoy: free transfers between the cards of the connected person, regardless of the region.
I have a unicredit card, all payments are confirmed from session keys.
To make a payment, you need physical access to the card with keys, for each operation the key is issued randomly from the range.
If you want to make a little money, then a debit TCS with a cashback - 1% of the purchase amount will be returned.
If you want to save a little - Corn from Euroset - they write off and convert at the rate of the Central Bank at the time of the operation, in other banks usually the Central Bank + 1.5 ... 2.5%.
If you don’t have money on the card and it is obviously without a loan and overdraft, then blocking it is pointless. So the option of blocking-unblocking alpha-bank cards is only in two cases:
1) You have main accounts in alpha-bank.
2) You have nowhere to put 59 rubles a month.
The qiwi option is not bad at all and fully meets your tasks, but personally, the offer of a debit card from TCS seems more interesting to me . For the task described by you, it is similar to kiwi, but for everything else, it seems to me, it is better.
PSB has a special card for the Internet , it is even without a strip, just a number and that's it.
Service 120 rubles. in year. I have one. It is attached to Paypel with a bang, for 3 years of use there were no problems with payment anywhere. Booking hotels, tickets, shopping on ebay, online stores - everything is OK.
Recommend.
I would take a Visa Electron debit card from HomeCredit Bank (http://www.homecredit.ru/cards/debet/rub.php, the issue is free), work with funds as standard through Internet banking
If suddenly you have a beeline, then card.beeline.ru , *100*22# before each payment. The card number is permanent, CVV is given per hour or per transaction.
If you don’t want to go anywhere, go and waste time, then it’s better that QVC hasn’t seen anything yet (Qiwi).
