Bad line or problem with D-Link DSL-2640U modem

I recently connected ADSL from Rostelcom, but I am very dissatisfied, constant breaks, the DSL light almost constantly fades and starts flashing, it still cannot light up. When connected, I can sit for 5 minutes and it goes out, and so the whole day, I don’t even have time to load any site, but it happens that I turn it on in the morning, and DSL immediately lights up and so the Internet can work for 5-7 hours without interruption. I sin on a bad line, Rostelecom specialists do not say anything sensible, but I still sin on a bad line. There is no opportunity to cut another Internet, so far I only have the opportunity to use Rostelecom. I am attaching a screenshot, please tell me which line is good or bad ...

Reflashed? I did not observe the line on the firmware from the box at all.

The modem is not mine, I asked the person who gave it to me, he said that he was flashing it. What can you say about the line on the screen?

Firmware version: 3827368.jpg
After the firmware, the person who gave me the modem used the Internet himself, when I took the modem from him, reset all settings, he had routing settings, and I set it up through the bridge.

The DSL-2500 often suffered from overheating, is the 2650 okay with that?

The line is excellent (unless, of course, this is a matter of electrical parameters), Obviously the port profile is 1024/640, and the line can be 11136/1348. But maybe somewhere there is an extraneous voltage or the ground is short, it will not always affect the SNR. Diagnosis - pull technical support, ask questions about the adsl profile, and let them measure the line, and most importantly (!) what would you say to the engineer!
