Bad, constantly dropping wifi connection?

It costs Linux Mint 19.2, HP Laptop 14-bs0xx, adapter - Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Device d723. I tried reinstalling the drivers, tried modprobe rtl8723be ant_sel=, in general, everything that is described in this article: https:/ /subinsb .com/install-realtek-d723-wifi-driver-linux/
Does not help.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Laptop and Linux? Don't suffer.
Try another distribution with a fresh kernel, like Fedora 30, boot from the LiveCD and play around for a bit. If it continues to fall off - come on, you lost the "get Linux on a laptop" lottery.

Once such magic helped me:
Register in /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf
options iwlwifi wd_disable=0 bt_coex_active=0 11n_disable=1
