Backup power for MacBook pro and monitor, for 7-10 hours?

Hello, I work remotely, the lights turn off from time to time, but I need to continue working)
What can you think of for a MacBook Pro 15 85w and a 33w monitor?
Now I'm thinking about a car battery and an inverter 12v - 220v (300w-500w)
like these
. But the question arises, which battery to take and what power?
I read that it is better to take a gel battery or agm for such purposes, since they are designed for ~ 600 recharge cycles and a capacity of about 60A * h, right?
I also understand that the UPS is not suitable for such purposes, since they are designed for 10-15 minutes of work.

More than once connected to the UPS instead of the native one, a car battery or a sealed gel one. The task was to ensure long-term autonomous operation of a low-consuming device, such as an office mini-automatic telephone exchange. Your 100 watts is just that topic. You can buy a used UPS with a dead battery and a cold start for 400 - 500 VA + gel battery. Or remove the battery from your car - you don't drive while you work?
The beauty of the UPS is that it also charges this battery, albeit slowly.

1) See server UPS. They can stand for days. But the prices are crazy)))
2) Inverters. Add the price for the power supply to charge the batteries.
3) Generator + UPS (cheap). Almost the same as point 2, only it makes noise and stinks)))
You still get money. If the work is worth it ....
PS
It's a pity I can't find the article now. There, a man took a UPS and screwed on car batteries. BUT in the article, he wrote well that it is impossible to do this because of the different operating modes of the UPS batteries and car batteries. It might explode

Option 1: gel / agm battery 60 Ah and above plus oops that can connect to an external battery.
Such oops usually go for heating boilers.
In the direction of computer ups, you can not look.
I have a 60 a * h server without a monitor for several hours running without problems.
The type of battery you need is called "traction", as opposed to a starter in a car. It is also possible, but it will be killed faster.
Or a simple car battery + charger + inverter.
An example of an upsa is rucelf upi 1000
Option 2: a portable gasoline generator (quiet enough, you can put it on the balcony)
You need to look for a portable one.
An example of a generator google the Weekender brand

An auto-inverter is not an option, because firstly the computer will first turn off, and then you will have to manually plug the outlet, and secondly, the battery will then have to be charged with a separate charger.
Car battery (several) + UPS typical working circuit.
Only you need to take a decent UPS, cheap UPSs overheat, I would recommend at least 1500 VA to focus on, this will guarantee that there is a power reserve and that the charging current is not too small.
The problem with the UPS + auto battery kit is mainly that the UPS is designed for a small charging current and the auto battery will take a long time to recharge, there is a chance that it will not have time to restore the capacity by the next accident.
The car battery can be the cheapest, there is no point in taking AGM, any battery will easily work in the house for a couple of years with such a gentle load, without vibrations and temperature changes.
Regarding explosive gas ...
The charging current of the UPS is the same and does not depend on the size of the battery.
The amount of gas released directly depends on the current, what current - such a volume of gas is released
. Miracles do not happen, therefore, even by connecting a large battery, the same amount of gas will be released as in a standard gel battery.
Only special car battery chargers pose a danger, there is a charging current of ten amperes, the battery boils and a lot of gas is released.
