Backing up 1C databases and documents to the cloud or to an external drive (protected against ransomware trojans)

The client brought Windows Server 2003, with encrypted data (databases and documents) by a Trojan. It is impossible to decipher without feeding pests.

Now the question actually arose of how to make a backup if a simple backup to an external hard drive is not suitable (unless, of course, it is turned off every time.) And there is not enough knowledge in backing up to a free cloud.

Put another machine - for example, on Linux - and throw backups on it, for example, via SCP. The knowledge you need to get. And pouring other people's databases into a free cloud is bad manners.

Pick up bases with another machine, i.e. the second machine connects to a certain “share” on the main server, where the current database / current backup lies, and takes these files to itself. Thus, on the second machine we have an archive, let's say a daily one, and the evil Trojan cannot encrypt anything on the second machine. it does not act as a network drive.
I can recommend the BackupPC system (under Linux), which is quite simple to set up and master, can quite cope with this task, but in general it can be done with any windows program. Connect the “ball” mentioned above to the second machine and take files from there in any way convenient for you.
