What is the maximum disk size that can be specified for an instance so as not to suddenly receive a chain letter? The default is 8GB. Somewhere there is a figure of 30GB and it seems, as a total for all services. But specifically for EC2, I did not find information.

30 GB Amazon EBS: any combination of general purpose (SSD) and magnetic volumes
2,000,000 IOPS (with EBS magnetic volumes)
1 GB of snapshot storage
Expires 12 months after registration.
