Automatically turn on the computer after the appearance of electricity in the network

Maybe of course a question from the realm of fantasy, but still. There is a computer, it is connected to the network via UPS. UPS is configured in such a way that after 15 minutes of work without electricity, turn off the computer. The problem comes down to how to do the reverse operation? after the light came on, the computer automatically turned on. Interested in all options.

If the oops turns off the computer normally (“smart”, connected via usb / com, shutdown is in progress), then it should be able to turn it on as well (in the oops settings and in the BIOS “wake up on usb / com”). If he turns it off simply by cutting off the power, and then cuts off the power, then the setting in the BIOS is “on power fail” - “power on”. If the oops just cuts off the power and waits until the button is pressed on it in order to reapply it, then you need to press the button ...

UPSka itself turns off after 15 minutes without power? Does it turn on when the light comes on?
If it turns on, then, as already suggested, look towards bios. If not, you first need to learn how to turn on upska itself.

I have to turn on the computer from usb devices (it is configured in the BIOS). Sometimes, when the voltage is transferred, apparently ups informs the computer about this and it turns on itself.
The funny thing is, when the light is turned off, and the computer is turned off at that moment, ups tells the computer, and the computer turns on.

Here the problem is quite the opposite. As far as I understand, his computer turns on when electricity appears due to such a setting in the BIOS.

In theory, you can make a system based on control signals that will work in two positions and is connected to the network and the PC power button. Which will check the presence of voltage in the network before the UPS, if it is not, then the system is in the first state, nothing happens, but if the voltage appears, then the system switches to the second position, sending a signal to the PC power button, it turns on.
That is, the operation occurs one time in case there is no voltage, then nothing works, if it appears, then the system sends a signal to the PC button.
But if it was a short-term shutdown, and the PC was working from the UPS at that time, then the system will turn off the PC :) you need to enter another check after the UPS, so that this does not happen. It's more difficult.
What I signed.

about the BIOS, you have already been told “on power fail” - “power on”.
it's all about UPS. there are 2 types:
the first - when the power is turned off and the batteries are discharged, it is cut down and it must be turned on manually to supply power to the computer.
the second is the newer and more expensive UPS. they have such an option "cold start function" - it just allows the uninterruptible power supply to turn on itself when the email returns to the network.
those. You need in BIOS - "on power fail" - "power on" + in UPS - "cold start function"

I have a Powercom "King 625" UPS connected to my computer via RS232<=>USB. On the computer, the UPSMON program, where the computer is set to turn off 5 minutes after the power failure in the network. The UPS itself also turns off 2 minutes after the computer shuts down. In the computer (ASUS p5k se epu board) in the BIOS, the value “Last State” and “wake up by ...” are set to everything (for usb I don’t remember exactly which parameter, now I can’t look exactly). After a power failure, the computer shuts down, the UPS also goes silent. When the power comes on, everything turns on automatically.

There is such a function in BIOS, BUT after a successful shutdown of the computer, it will not turn on by itself. The thought was about closing the button, but then the schematic of a primitive device is of interest, which will check whether 220V has appeared and, as a result, close the button.

Thanks everyone for the replies. As I get to such a computer, I will experiment.

Guys, I simply solved the auto-on problem: I put the capacitor in parallel with the power button at 10-15 microfarads, observing the polarity, when electricity goes out for a short time, this method will allow you to start your machine without disturbing anyone)
From practice, I had such a router, encrypted the radio channel, so he definitely worked for a year at the Conder), stood at the factory, there were often problems with food ...
