Will I make one double-capacity UPS out of two UPSs due to the fact that there are two power supplies in the server?

Suppose that two UPS 1x capacity at a cost less than one 2x capacity (apparently only due to modularity) the question arose, can I save in this way?
Those. in my server, two power supplies work in load balancing mode and it turns out they will act as a "mixer" of two UPSs, turning them into one with double the capacity from the point of view of the server itself, right?

You can, if one of the server power supplies does not fall off, then half of your capacity will not be used.

In theory, no, what's the difference how they are seen in your system. The PSU has a power cable that you plug into the UPS, as I understand it, and each power supply is connected to its own separate UPS. Then it is obvious that if the UPS shuts down, then one of the PSUs will simply not receive energy and, as a result, it will not work. BP does not care that at the output you have combined and balanced something. There is an entrance, there is an exit. If energy is not supplied to the input, then it will not work, unless of course you powered the first PSU from the second one.
