Automatic update in Sublime Text 3 + BS only works when saving the document, how to make it so that it becomes like in Live Preview on the fly?

I would like to make Browser Sync work not only when the page is saved, but every time the document is changed, as it is implemented in Brackets Live Preview. Can anyone come across?

Browser Sync only works when saving a document, how can I make it like LiveReload update on the fly?
You are not asking the right question. BrowserSync does not work when "saving" the document, but when it is physically changed, on the disk from which (the disk) it reads this document. Accordingly, in order for BrowserSync to display a change after "any keystroke", it is necessary that each change would cause the document to be saved. How to do this and whether it is possible to do this at all, in each specific case - depends on the editor you use, I think that the answer to this question (how to automatically save each change in the editor) you can easily find in its documentation or in the form of what - a plugin for it (unless, of course, your editor supports them).
PS I don't understand what is the problem with pressing CTRL+S and why do you need to look at the document in an inconsistent state, but... I won't ask :)
PPS
how it is implemented in Brackets LiveReload
I suspect that "LiveReload", which in this case we are talking about, is part of Brackets itself, which allows it to read the current contents of the file, as well as track "document has been changed" events bypassing the hard disk.
