The short answer is difficult, but possible. Long - for this you will have to make AJAX requests and change controls. I made a one-page order for the store and, due to incorrect pricing, abandoned this idea (in fact, the problem lies deeper and it could be bypassed, but this would require considerable knowledge of the engine itself).

Ajax requests have a bad effect on indexing the site by search engines, so it is better to implement it on css and html.
