Automatic generation of Utm tags?

There was a problem. I don't know much myself, so I come here with a similar question.
Is it possible to automatically generate Utm tags? That is, I send a link to a person, he inserts it on his website, after which I track where the lead was generated from:

* where (branch)
* methodology
* platform

Generation through the linker will not work, there will be a lot of advertising.
PS The site is on the constructor, so it will be impossible to upload plugins. You can only add something to the head and body on top.

utm label is an address.
JavaScript allows you to form any string with a unique identifier.
The question actually is that your constructor would allow you to insert Js code
