Where can I see completed goals?

Hey!
I can't deal with Google's debiloid UI.
All products are made with very strange debiloid logic.

Created event goals.
The Real-time report shows the achievement of the goal.
And in any other reports there is no achievement of goals, everything is zero

Where can I see when and what goals were achieved?

Behavior -> Events -> Overview = all zero events
Conversions -> Goals -> Overview = all zero events
Conversions -> Goals -> Goals Map = all zero events
Admin -> Goals -> List of goals, Conv. column last 7 days = all events zeroed
