When you turn on the computer, several applications are loaded at once and I have to wait 3-5 minutes, but I don’t want to: D How can I make sure that each application (program) is loaded after, say, 5 minutes?

We first remove the most "heavy" ones from autoload. After in the Windows Task Scheduler.
- Open the task scheduler.
- Click "Create a task ..."
- Specify any task name.
- In the "Triggers" section, create a Trigger. Start "At logon". In the item "Delay for:" - indicate the desired delay time.
- In the "Actions" section, specify the Program launch and the location of the executable file or shortcut.
- In the "Options" section, uncheck the "Stop the task running longer" checkbox
