How to set up change deployment?

Installed vagrant on windows, set up folder synchronization. In PyCharm, I set up a remote interpreter and mappings. Set up deployment. When I tried to save, it first wrote "No files or folder found ind proccess" . Then, after shamanic actions with the deployment settings, it turned out to make the changes fly away to vm. After I closed PyCharm and then opened it again, any time the file was changed, it turned out like this, some external changes arrived, and the file became empty.
How to properly configure the deployment so that the files are not overwritten?
