Auto-upload to FTP in phpStorm?

Good morning! Such a question: how to organize auto-loading of a file that modifies/creates Grunt?
I set up the synchronization itself (everything that I change myself and press CTRL + S is successfully uploaded to the server). And what Grunt creates (or changes) it does not want to load.
What are your options?

Perhaps in the Deployments settings you need to check the "Upload external changes" checkbox
