Greetings, there are three cameras, models dcs 2130, lay idle for a long time, were tested (worked) upon purchase and then sent to the shelf.
Now, connecting any of the three, with different power supplies - the red diode is on for
20 seconds. and goes out.
The camera cannot be reached either via the web or through the special software Dlink and others.
Who faced how to solve the problem?

Have you tried changing the power supply?
