Since the work of an employee is evaluated by the amount of work performed in SD, and notifications about new tasks come late and I don’t always have time to take them to work (accordingly, my indicators are falling). Are there any scripts for automatically accepting applications (under your account) assigned to the Working Group in the ServiceDesk HP ASS.
