Authorization in 1s Map proximity?

there is a pc (win10) in it 1s RemoteApp
as well as regular proximity cards (with wired numbers)
is user authorization in 1s real with this card?
type: went to the PC installed the card in the reader and authorization occurred in 1s under the user assigned to the card, performed operations in 1s, pulled out the card (maybe he got out 1s) and all 1s waiting for a new authorization.
